By using Pixelmin, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using Pixelmin ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Pixelmin is a browser-based video compression tool. All video processing occurs entirely on your device. No video data is transmitted to any server operated by Pixelmin or any third party as part of the compression process.
You retain all ownership and rights to any videos you process using Pixelmin. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use and compress the videos you submit to the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to process content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, is illegal, or violates any applicable laws.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the output files will meet your requirements or be compatible with all devices and software.
Compression results may vary by browser, device, codec availability, and input file format. Pixelmin is not responsible for any loss of data or quality resulting from the compression process.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixelmin and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.
Pixelmin processes all videos locally in your browser. We do not collect, store, or transmit your video content. Limited, anonymised usage data may be collected to understand how the Service is used and to improve it. This data does not include any video content or personally identifiable information.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service is operated.
